I really enjoyed the complimentary map of the grounds. The routes marked out on this map was a great touch. The staff was friendly. The food was amazing and the restaurant staff was nice.
The room got very warm. I could not adjust the temperature at all.

Breakfast featured good variety and quality food, especially pastries. I noticed they replenish it regularly. Dinner in the restaurant was really good, with attention to detail and fresh ingredients evident. The service was efficient.

My room included a large bed and a spacious bathroom. The room had blackout curtains that allowed for restful sleep. I also see a television with several channels and strong WiFi connection.

The reception staff was efficient and helpful. I saw they address my questions quickly during check-in and check-out. Housekeeping maintained the room well, providing fresh towels and amenities daily.

the room was spacious and well equipped. the beds were amazingly comfy , and everything was super clean. breakfast offered lots of choice to suit all palates.
the gym consists of one each of wall-mounted fixed weight machine , treadmill , cross trainer , exercise bike and rowing machine.

the location was acceptable. (it's a very nice area)
the room was dated. the furniture looked quite old and worn. there were also issues with noise because a door next to the room kept slamming shut, interrupting sleep.

Breakfast was a good experience each morning, I appreciated the delicious food. The staff members were friendly. I found the gardens immaculate. They provide a lovely area for leisurely strolls. I was happy the grounds are well-kept.
The TV in my room was small. This made it a bit challenging to focus on films.

the indoor pool needs a thorough cleaning, i noticed bare concrete in places. the gym equipment seems quite outdated, it only has one dumbbell. the tv had limited channels.

The grounds had MANY seating areas to take in the views. I enjoyed the short woodland walk to the main road into town. It helped me burn some calories.
My bedroom was cold. EVEN the bathroom was colder.
